• Hearsay → Idea Machine → Lattice: transcribes consented conversations on my own hardware, triages them with evaluated LLM and baseline classifiers, and turns the ideas into a browsable map.
• Hypertrace: LLM research harness where every claim traces back to a stored source excerpt, with adversarial review and cost accounting.
• Teem (archived): voice note to pull request via Claude Code in sandboxed containers, with Codex review and a human approval gate.
